Farne Island Puffins

Puffins are unmistakable birds with their brightly-coloured bill and comical appearance, heightened by red and black eye-markings and bright orange legs.

They arrive at The Farne Islands each spring and stay through the summer months. The Islands are home to thousands of nesting seabirds every year, including Guillemot, Razorbill and the hugely popular Puffin.
