Delivery Times

Our orders are usually despatched using Royal Mail, though occasionally we may use a different courier. UK standard delivery free of charge, optional Tracking and Signed for delivery is £3.50.

We will always aim to have your order in the post within 24 hours of your order, however this isn't always possible. Up to A4 size and with Greeting Cards, everything is printed in house. For Larger prints your image we use professional lab service to ensure a consistent quality, therefore please allow times as follows:

- Up to A4 Print 3-5 Working Days
- 16 x 12 Print 7 Working Days
- Photo Mugs 7 Working Days

If your order is particularly urgent please email or contact us using the chat facility and we will do our best to speed up the order. Alternatively you may wish to visit us at a local event or market and collect your order, it would be great to meet you!

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Memory Mill Product please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund.
