Alone in Malham
Original Photographic Print of a lone tree on the limestone pavement above Malham Cove in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
One tree sits alone on the Limestone Pavement, at the top of the incredible Malham Cove, North Yorkshire, UK.
Malham Cove is a huge curving amphitheatre shaped cliff formation of limestone rock. The vertical face of the cliff is about 260 feet high and the top of the cove is a large area of limestone pavement, with a strange pattern rarely seen in England, and one tree standing out alone.
